Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due upon completion of the analysis or consultation session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as specified during the booking process. All prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, reports, and materials provided by topfusionix are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use our reports and materials for your personal property purchase decisions only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our materials without our express written permission.

Confidentiality

Cancellation Policy

Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once a cost analysis report has been completed and delivered, refunds are not available unless there are significant errors in our analysis.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Entire Agreement
